Our Sales, Warranty, Returns, and Refunds Policy:
All of our air purifiers and water filtration products are Brand New. The Fresh Air and the Eagle 5000 Air Purifiers carry a three (3) years parts and labor warranty, the XL Classic Living Air Purifier Carry a one (1) year parts and labor warranty. The Water Filters carry a one (1) year warranty. All products are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS directly from the factory to your designated shipping address. Please note that all sales are final and in case of a defective product(s), the factory will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to have the product(s) replaced. All pre-approved returned product(s) will be replaced with the same or a better product(s) by the factory free of charge, this includes all products with or without warranty. Any returned product without a RMA or as a result of an incorrect order by the customer is subject to the shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee. Please note, all orders are subject to your state's applicable sales tax as enforced by the factory (not us) with the exception of the following states that are tax exempt: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
Lastly, we at Metro-Med Services would be happy to provide you with assistance and arrange for a replacement of any defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) product that fails to perform as advertised.
